Everyone is amazing and truly made my 7-year-old son feel at ease when I had to bring him in for an emergency. They explain as they go and make sure the kids are doing okay so they don’t have a bad experience.

Dr. Kacher was wonderful with my son for his tongue tie release procedure! Her kindness and enthusiasm put him (and his anxious mama) at ease. Every staff member we came into contact with was genuinely sweet and helpful. I will absolutely be recommending this practice to friends and family 💜

Dr. Kacher came highly recommended, and now I can see why. The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming with an office tour as soon as we walked in.They were also very helpful with information about our insurance and what we could expect for the day. The ladies who did the cleanings and x-rays were so kind and patient with my daughters. Dr. Jessica made us feel very much welcome and at ease. The office was so well put together with children and parents in mind. My daughters have been talking about how much they had a good time and more excited about brushing their teeth. Dr. Katcher DDS exceeded every expectation I had for my children’s dental care. She was incredibly thorough, honest, and had one of the best bedside manners I’ve experienced from any healthcare provider. From the moment we walked in, both Dr. Katcher and her staff made my children feel comfortable and at ease, which greatly reduced their anxiety — especially for my oldest child, who needed dental treatment before seeing the orthodontist she recommended. The referral she gave us was truly one of the best referrals we’ve ever received from any doctor or dentist. Both providers worked closely together to create a treatment plan where everyone was aligned on what was best for each of my children. I appreciated how upfront, professional, and honest Dr. Katcher was throughout the entire process. Nothing was sugar-coated, and she always took the time to explain everything clearly so I fully understood every step of the plan. I’m beyond grateful for the care, compassion, and professionalism we received and highly recommend Dr. Katcher and her team to any family looking for exceptional dental care.

Here’s a polished Google review you can post: We couldn’t be more grateful for our experience with Dr. Katcher Pediatric Dentistry. From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly helpful answering all of my insurance and billing questions before my sons’ dental treatment. They made sure I fully understood what was and was not covered financially, which gave me so much peace of mind going into everything. The hygienist were very helpful in letting me know of any caution areas we need to be aware of & preventative steps moving forward. Dr. Katcher herself has been wonderful to work with. As my oldest transitions into braces while completing the dental work needed beforehand, she has been extremely thorough with his treatment plan and maintains close communication with her preferred orthodontist. That level of coordination and care has made me feel very comfortable moving forward with this process. For my youngest, she took the time to prepare us for braces in the future and explained everything in a way that truly helped me understand what to expect and what was needed. I really appreciate the knowledge, patience, and communication throughout every step, from both staff and Dr.
